Kissing Kathleen Wedding Photography: Blog https://katie2634.zenfolio.com/blog en-us @Kathleen Harman (Kissing Kathleen Wedding Photography) Mon, 16 Mar 2020 07:29:00 GMT Mon, 16 Mar 2020 07:29:00 GMT https://katie2634.zenfolio.com/img/s/v-12/u281551416-o136621621-50.jpg Kissing Kathleen Wedding Photography: Blog https://katie2634.zenfolio.com/blog 120 92 Jane and Fraser - Battle Abbey https://katie2634.zenfolio.com/blog/2019/8/jane-and-fraser---battle-abbey Well, it was a real privilege to shoot Jane and Fraser's wedding at Battle Abbey.  They have such a lovely family and it's a jaw droppingly incredible location.  For those of you who know your English history, the Abbey was build on the spot where the Battle of Hastings took place in 1066. It's a ruin now, but Battle Abbey School, also on the site, boasts the most beautiful function and ceremony rooms.  It was a scorching day, with waiting staff telling me that the temperature had gone over 30 celsius at one point which meant that I had to be very mindful of everyone not melting as we were doing the shots.  Jane looked absolutely breathtaking throughout and  I fell completely in love with all the lovely chatty little children.  It was a really beautiful day, both emotionally and aesthetically.
